I can’t speak more highly about the leasing office manager Samantha. She made sure that our move in was flawless and that we felt welcomed to our new home. The application process was easy and we really love our new home. It is spacious and has nice lighting. Our property is called Delmont Village and is managed professionally by UPA, Ms.Samantha gets the job done every single time.

Awful HOA and Board of Directors. I receive no benefit fro the $ 2400 per year I pay. The Board is clueless, money is used to fund their “personal pet projects” The Board purchased insurance to protect them from personal liabilities. There have been no improvements or funding applied to the section I reside. Lawn Service has damaged my fence in 5 locations, caused a large dent and cracks on my siding, dented all of my down spouts, ripped up pieces of turf all around my property. No communication, no information when Manager departed and new individual arrived Multiple requests for announcements and reminders for new residents with no feedback why are we paying for HOA fees ?
