5 star company for taking your money but zero stars for their service! We pay them thousands to do nothing for our community while they place the blame on the board members - totally neglecting their fiduciary duties. Do yourself favor and find someone else to manage your property or association unless you like throwing money away. High employee turnover speaks volumes of their culture.
Most unhelpful "management" company ever.
Extremely rude representatives. Do not do business with them unless you want to be disappointed.
Terrible company. They'll fine you then never check that the issue is fixed, just keep increasing how much you owe. Tells tow companies to tow cars from people's driveways. And don't expect to get ahold of anyone trying to call them because they'll never answer
