They are unresponsive. Their work hours are not accurate. When you call managers it goes straight to voicemail. Do their managers work at home? You never see them visiting the properties.

UPA Newport News has been contracted to manage our HOA and has not been upholding their obligations, despite manager changes. Our current manager, Tashia Smith, has taken offense to professional criticism and is suing a resident and sub-HOA board member for defamation after she voiced her opinion of services rendered by Tashia, in a private resident Facebook group. Kalissa Peavey & Courtney Butterworth are unnecessarily rude and callous. Any remotely polite review about this office cannot be genuine. Their Newport News office became appointment only with no communication to paying customers. To the bitter end of our family’s relationship with them, not once did the association demonstrate any value. Like other reviews have said: unbelievable. Shame on UPA for taking people’s money and provide nothing but inconveniences for the customer.
