If it were possible to give a zero star, I would. Our HOA is managed by this company, and I have NEVER seen this level of unprofessionalism. The lack of communication and follow up is ridiculous.

Candi Véale at the a virginia Beach Town Center offices was Great !!! she welcome me with a smile and was very hospitable . She explained what I need it done and provided me with a form clipboard and pen to fill the information. She made her copies of the documents presented and she return fast with a smile. As we finished the document she provided me with my parking id and ask if I needed any other assistant . Thank you for the fast services ! I appreciate that !
