This review is for Rick/Patrick. I believe Rick was his name. He came over to my apartment to fix a complicated AC leak. The way the plumbing is set up in the apartment complex isn't typical. We had a situation that wasn't just the easy basic leak. Rick was able to get in the pipes and do some work that needed to be done. He used two of his machines. Tommy came and replaced my water heater at my apartment and did an above and beyond awesome job. Very kind, respectful individual. There was no mess left behind at all, and the new pipe fittings look WAY better than what was there before. I appreciate United Plumbing so much!! Tommy did a perfect job and deserves a shoutout!

Nash came out explained the problem we were having with the hot water in the kitchen. Explained what it would take to get our problem solved. Gave us an estimate. Fixed the problem in a timely Manner. Very polite young man. Would definitely use him for all my plumbing issues.
