Brandon came out to service a clogged sewer and we were very impressed with his punctuality and professionalism. He took the time to patiently explain the problem and the solution and to review strategies for preventing a repeat issue. He was kind and genuinely enjoyed helping us understand how everything worked. He was very upfront about expected costs and gave us a rough estimate of what followup work would help a very old system but we never felt pressured or backed into a corner to invest in more work. Hector and Sam did a great job replacing our 30-year-old sewer lift pump. They were careful to not make a mess, answered all my questions, and were very efficient with their time.

We had a tall toilet installed by another company a year ago and it always leaked. They came back 4 times to repair it and made it worse each time-it actually rocked back and forth. We decided to have a new one installed by United and Blake did an outstanding job! Showed us that the previous one was cracked from being bolted down too tight so he went to the supply company and picked up a new one and got it installed CORRECTLY and could not have been more professional. We highly recommend them!
