Come early so you can find the office! Though the hospital front desk can find them for you! Go through the MAIN entrance (free valet so it should be even easier) and go past the information desk, turn right when you see the first hallways, then go straight and stay to the left of the fork. You will see lots of windows. Keep going and it’s the last office space (on the right, but the left side only has windows) before you reach a turn. You should be able to find it easy! Dr. Kuo has been a great doctor and the office always seems efficient for me. Appointments tend to be pretty easy to get which is great!

I had a terrible experience as a new patient at Utah Physicians Care Center. The staff was incompetent and unaccommodating, showing a lack of basic organization. I was directed to the wrong part of the hospital three times, which made me late for my appointment. Given this experience, I will be seeking a new medical provider. It seems I dodged a bullet, as the level of customer care here is disappointing. I do not recommend this facility.

Please come to Patricia “Anne” Neuman as a doctor! One main reason is because of her nurse, Susan she’s a horrible person!!! She will not contact you back when You ask her to, does not follow through with helping you with your medical care. And Patricia Neuman supports people like this so beware.
