I would have left no stars if I could. I agree 100% with Ms. Dormil. The so called office manager informed me that they call everyone back, which was a bold faced lie, if they submit a refill by phone. Well, surprise, surprise, I did not get a call back, I called on March 31. I had to go to the office on April 5. Dr. Griffin assured me that it would be submitted that evening. It's a 1 star because 0 is not an option! I do not understand how they have a 5 star review which is sadly the reason I picked them in the first place. This office is either gravely technically challenge or just does not care about the lives of their patients. It takes them weeks to send your prescription to the pharmacy and when you call them they lie saying that they sent it. They have you on hold for an eternity, tell you they can't call in your Rx because they have a clinic to run. Just horrible customer service!.
Just don't go there if you care for your life and your health!.
