Surgery went fine. I had shoulder and carpel tunnel surgery done both on the same side so it was a single surgery instead of two. The nurses were very nice. The issue I had was the brace that was put on after surgery. The surgeon ordered a specific sling and brace combo and I brought it with me. It wasn’t put on after surgery. What was put on was a very thin cheep cloth sling. When a nurse from the surgery center called me prior to surgery I told her about the massive brace she said to bring it. Arrived at 630am, the receptionist was very nice and had me checked in immediately , the waiting room nicely decorated, the nurses were extremely polite and professional. The doctors and staff were all friendly polite and professional, this place was extremely clean unlike some hospitals I have been in.
Such an amazing positive experience. I had rotator cuff surgery this morning. My arrival time was 5:30 am. The front desk receptionist was ready for me, very friendly I wish I remembered her name as she is vital to the Surgery Ctr as she is the first person we patients come into contact with. My preop RN Angie was wonderful she made me comfortable she is great at her job. I had an injection and everything was done perfectly. Excellent staff!
United Pacific was as good as I’ve experienced. Super clean and well equipped. Staff are very pleasant and knowledgeable.
