I really think Dr. Friedman is really good and caring and funny, I am glad he is my Hematologist, I don’t give 5 stars because one of the staff member is so rude and impolite that is hard to believe she can do customer service.
Doctor Midence excellent doctor and person. Staff so very rude and impolite. I called and the put on hold for more than a 30 minutes. All staff will be change and give a opportunity a new people take care of people they are needed that position with love, compassion and dedication for the patient that we needed love and compassion because we are sick not with a flu.
