March 28, 2025. I did not realize my son ended up paying $11,000 plus, until today. for a car he had to buy when the car he purchased in January of 2024 had so many problems had to wait over 2 weeks after purchasing to receive the car. There was every excuse, part coming tomorrow, no part, found another problem., etc.Three months later, April 2024, car light went on, took to Tires plus to see whats wrong. I recently purchased a 2005 **** 500 from this location. In less than 25 miles driven and only 20 days owed the alternator and the battery went out. I Believe that the vehicle was not fully inspected before it was sold to me. They did not disclose that the car cold fail and misrepresented the car's condition. Now on top of this they want $1500 for repairs before the car can be released back to me.

Horrible Experience, I was totally robbed by the service department.I was sick I am an senior lady who was sick on the day I took my car in to The Nissan Dealership in ****, so I am sure that made it easier on the service department to lie and cheat me out of as much money as possible They charged me fifty dollars to just pull into there driveway and called it a service charge then I told them I had my battery tested and just need a new battery then they charged my another fifty dollars to test my battery then they told me I... read more

Let us drive off of the lot TWICE without being financed. Then was treated poorly by the finance director **** when we returned the second unfinanced vehicle. They just recently gave us $400 of the $1000 we put down after I had left a review on ****** about the entire situation. Not okay. We want our full down payment back. The situation caused us an insane amount of stress. **** treated me like I was scum on his shoe. All we wanted was to get into a better vehicle and they screwed us twice. The service center is somehow worse than the actual dealership. They have messed up an oil change three times now and each time they have no explanation. I'm starting to think that they do it on purpose so that any other servicing location tells you to go back to the dealership. There seems to be a negative pattern with their services. Beware

I bought a 2022 Nissan Frontier brand new in November 21. On my way home, I noticed my truck was running rough and my forward collision lights kept coming on and off and I had issues with other features, auto headlights, cruise control. I reached out to the dealership and they told me it was normal for it to come on, that didn't make since. United Nissan of Reno charged $420.00 labor for a 73 minute service. The stated rate is $150.00 per hour. They will not explain how they received this amount for 73 minutes of service. The service director will not return my call. I have called to attempt to talk to the general manager; however, was hung up on.

We are from ****** and purchased new vehicle from this place, agreeing on a price. One month later, I still did not receive a registration or license plate. Then, I received call stating I have to pay another almost $600 to complete transfer. When contacting Nissan Reno, I was told that they did not know about all of the laws and regulations in ******. If I could rate this a 0 out of 5 I would. Our grandson (20yr old) bought his Nissan Kicks (new) last year. At that time he bought for an extra cost, Gap insurance offered through Nissan. Well, he was hit by another driver and totaled the car in March of this year. Thankfully, he was able to walk away from the accident. Anyway, he started the Gap insurance process.
