The service center is somehow worse than the actual dealership. They have messed up an oil change three times now and each time they have no explanation. I'm starting to think that they do it on purpose so that any other servicing location tells you to go back to the dealership. There seems to be a negative pattern with their services. Beware
I bought a 2022 Nissan Frontier brand new in November 21. On my way home, I noticed my truck was running rough and my forward collision lights kept coming on and off and I had issues with other features, auto headlights, cruise control. United Nissan of Reno charged $420.00 labor for a 73 minute service. The stated rate is $150.00 per hour. They will not explain how they received this amount for 73 minutes of service. The service director will not return my call. I have called to attempt to talk to the general manager; however, was hung up on.
We are from ****** and purchased new vehicle from this place, agreeing on a price. One month later, I still did not receive a registration or license plate. Then, I received call stating I have to pay another almost $600 to complete transfer. When contacting Nissan Reno, I was told that they did not know about all of the laws and regulations in ******. If I could rate this a 0 out of 5 I would. Our grandson (20yr old) bought his Nissan Kicks (new) last year. At that time he bought for an extra cost, Gap insurance offered through Nissan. Well, he was hit by another driver and totaled the car in March of this year. Thankfully, he was able to walk away from the accident. Anyway, he started the Gap insurance process. I scheduled a service for my Titan in March due to a noise I was experiencing, and an oil change. It was explained what was needed, which was brakes: pads & rotors, shock, struts, and a repair on the rear suspension, and tires. The ONLY service I declined was the tires. I had discussed this specifically with Keoni, I asked for all work needed and how much. He gave me a quote minus the tires, and I agreed.
