I had a concerning experience during my recent visit. While trimming the skin around my nail, the technician accidentally cut me. Accidents can happen, so that alone wasn’t my main issue — it was how the situation was handled. The technician was not wearing gloves, and I was bleeding significantly. Instead of properly sanitizing the area or her hands, she walked around the salon touching multiple surfaces after coming into contact with my blood, then returned and tried to treat the cut with bare hands. The lady who did my pedicure did an amazing job
Meh. I had a hair appointment scheduled for 10 AM practically next-door so I went at 9 AM to get a pedicure. Though that is their opening time no one showed up for 10 minutes. It was another 10 minutes before pedicures was ready for me. I had to ask them to rush through the whole pedicure, which I really hated to do, but I didn’t want to be late for my hair appointment with a new barber.
