Uncaring staff,lazy,allowed my father-in-law to fall six times in one week required two trips to the emergency room and never notified us .Lose one hearing aide ruined the other lost his glasses. No physical therapy. Sat him a wheelchair and left him. Would not sent my worst enemy there .

hefor yMy mother has lived there for the last 4 months. Always clean & excellent staff members. The social workers there are extremely helpful . Various levels of living arrangements. The food is GREAT. Donna Theno-Lawson
Am I wrong but most of the ratings seem to come from employee's? I guess I would give the facility a 4 or 5 star rating too to get myself noticed if I worked there.
My 91 year old mother has been forced into the Memory Care unit of the Shores against her will. My siblings were talked into this by Michele - not because she needs it right away, but because she may need it down the road. Right now she was still getting around the building by herself, was not wandering away or failing to get her meds or got to meals, she is aware and cognizant that she does not want this, yet Monday they moved her against her will.
