I came to UMIH very early in the morning, around 5:30 AM, to drop off a family member. I honestly didn’t expect the office to be open that early, so I was pleasantly surprised! I decided to ask what types of MRIs and procedures are performed at UMIH, and Omar was the first person to acknowledge me and assist me. I came in for a shoulder mri everyone was very kind especially the techs that where in the room with me getting me ready for the scan. Highly recommend this place for any type of scans. :)
Don't bother with this place. Scheduled a early appointment to avoid wait times. Appointment was scheduled for 7:15. But technician wasn't in. Been waiting for an hour and half. Keep being told technician is on their way.
They never answer the phone, nor return messages... assuming you can leave a message because the voicemail box is almost always full. Once you're there, the staff is professional, but that's moot if you can't call to get an appointment to see them. They don't call you to tell you your results are ready. It's up to you to either show up and hope you're not wasting your time, or keep calling, which is almost always a waste of your time because of the aforementioned reasons.
