While I understand having so many clients that the phone is always ringing, if you cant manage to do something about it in at LEAST 2/3 years, that shows an utter LACK of professionalism or concern for those you SERVE! There's no reason why that voicemail box is still full every single day at all times for years! I do not have the means to be traveling across the city everytime I have a question.
