Ridiculously difficult to schedule/reschedule an appointment. First time it took 9 calls over the span of 4 hours to schedule an appt for a pet. The second time, it took from 11am until 3pm and about 4 attempts to schedule a ct. then we get a voicemail that we need to reschedule the ct due a tech needing to leave early and it has currently been 3 hours that I’ve been on hold (transferred by an agent once) and we still have not been able to reschedule. It is near impossible to schedule anything.
Too busy and not helpful
Never answer the phones or even bother to call you back. Not a good experience so far👎
