I’ve called many times to schedule an appointment but never get an answer or call back
No one ever picks up the phone. Even to make an appointment, it’s impossible to get someone on the phone. It goes to voicemail, which you can’t even leave a voicemail because it’s full. Terrible service from the beginning.
Not sure if the phone rings into another dimension, but I've called several times, different days, different hours and no one ever answers. Why doesn't anyone answer the phone? Asking for a friend.
The only reason I am writting a review is because Dianet and xiamara were so helpful and kind even though scheduling department gave me wrong information. Staff like them two make you feel comfortable to come back
Don't believe the low ratings, if you have your referral and your paperwork submitted and ready to go, they will cater to your needs and help the imaging process go smoothly. Absolutely no complaints.
