Horrible place! They NEVER answer the phone to schedule an appointment, the voicemail is always full. We have to go out of our way and walk in to just schedule an appointment and yet they still give you a hard time. Girl on the 1st floor had me waiting for over 10min to even acknowledge me, i get called up for her to send me to 2nd floor. Then i get to 2nd floor and she makes me sign it, like im only here to schedule an appointment, and she says “well i have patients ahead of you” then she has the the audacity to say, next t... read more
Not sure why all the bad reviews, my experience was great. I was able to call and make an appointment, and when I asked them to call me back in case there was a cancelation for a sooner appointment, they actually did! The place was very clean and the staff were quick and friendly.
Never answer the phone, very unorganized, waiting area to small for the amount of people need to be seen. Oh and fyi walk in over @2:00 for exray you have to make an appointment for mri but they never answer the phone so you have to waste your gas and time to go the to make an appointment. They males were professional and kind but the chunky women was rude and need better customer skills.
