The open mri machine is why I go here. The medical techs are friendly and helpful, but the front staff is always rude and very short. I’ve been there 4 times with appointment, each time, I have to wait more than 30 minutes to go in for my test because they take walk ins and have limited staff. It takes many tries to reach someone by phone. The automated mess always says that they’re having high cal volume and that I can hold or they will call me back and I won’t my place in line.
