Would not go here again. I showed up assuming that they took walk-ins because it was on the list of places that my doctor gave me to go. One of the staff members was rude. I asked her if I needed an appointment. She said no, but then after she filled out all my information, she made me make an appointment. I was trying to make an appointment for an x-ray for my knee joints. The lady in the front that answered just put me on hold (and for what?! Do they not know how to book a simple appointment???!). Not only that but she asked me what I was coming in for, and I didn't quite understand what she was saying toward the end of her sentence, and asked her to repeat herself and she repeated it VERY LOUDLY over the phone like she was annoyed she had to repeat herself. The office was so hot that I had to stand outside on an 83 degree day. The woman at the front desk scheduled an appointment for 12:40 knowing that there was another appointment at 1:30 at another location, so we had to be in and out and she said it was perfectly fine and that we would be. Not only did we sit there until 1:15 waiting but she made it seem like it was no big deal to her that this situation happened. Another thing, we offered to go to another location. i wouldn't recommend this clinic for ultrasound or any other medical exam these doctors at united medical imaging are so unprofessional and rude

Small waiting room, rude front desk person, and waited a long time for my mom to be seen. We were not happy with this facility.
