If I could give this company a minus 5, I would. This company puts the patient LAST!!! I previously had breast cancer. I had the lump removed it was stage 1, in 2024, thank God. My primary doctor referred me to this company over 6 months ago. I have had a total of 3 appts and each time this place turned me away for a follow up mamogram and ultrasound. The first 2 times was because my primary didn't write up the referral right. Why didn't United contact my primary to discuss the paperwork rather then telling me to go?? The 3r... read more

Not coming back here again. I had a bilateral breast ultrasound 3 weeks ago and the report isn’t ready yet. I needed it for today’s appointment. Also when I had the exam it took over an hour when normally they so it within 20 minutes. I was nude from the stomach up under the AC FREEZING, I asked for a blanket and they gave me a sheet. When the exam ended I got a cold sore from being under the AC and my breast hurt so bad for days afterwards.
Their service was on time, the place was clean, and the Lady who performed my ultrasound was very professional and did an excellent job.
Would not recommend. I just waited an hour and ten minutes and they hadn’t even given me any paperwork to fill out. Countless people came and went before I finally asked for my ID back and left. Apathetic staff with no motivation to do a decent job.
