i wouldn't recommend this clinic for ultrasound or any other medical exam these doctors at united medical imaging are so unprofessional and rude
Small waiting room, rude front desk person, and waited a long time for my mom to be seen. We were not happy with this facility.
Bethany at front desk answer my call on the first ring. She is extremely sweet and very helpful. We need more reps like her. She's amazing
I hope I didn't just get lucky because I've read some of the reviews for this place. For me personally, I was able to make an appointment with ease. Arely, the receptionist at the front was not only courteous to me, over the phone, but she made the whole appointment making process easy. Thank you Arely. You've made my life a little easier because of your tact, knowledge and professionalism. Go here instead of the one in Irvine guys.
