The office was so hot that I had to stand outside on an 83 degree day. The woman at the front desk scheduled an appointment for 12:40 knowing that there was another appointment at 1:30 at another location, so we had to be in and out and she said it was perfectly fine and that we would be. Not only did we sit there until 1:15 waiting but she made it seem like it was no big deal to her that this situation happened. Another thing, we offered to go to another location. i wouldn't recommend this clinic for ultrasound or any other medical exam these doctors at united medical imaging are so unprofessional and rude
Small waiting room, rude front desk person, and waited a long time for my mom to be seen. We were not happy with this facility.
Bethany at front desk answer my call on the first ring. She is extremely sweet and very helpful. We need more reps like her. She's amazing
