I inquired for a relative and was completely lost and needed guidance with alot of different questions. I was helped out by *Emily *who was more than helpful and very informative! She made everything extremely easy to understand and was genuinely a caring person who went out of her way to assist me with everything !!! Thanks Emily!!!
Called multiple times, was on hold for hours,left messages and took the option for call back and never got ahold of anyone. How this place is still open or even able to get away with this is crazy.
Wednesday, August 12, 2026 My first MRI experience with UMI of Gardena was 100% positive, surprisingly easy, relaxing, and straightforward. The staff was completely supportive from beginning to end providing me with the necessities to make the MRI experience easy and stress-free. Trying to make an appointment for my mammogram since Thursday. Today is Tuesday. I left 4 messages and left 3 call bk numbers that it says I wouldn't lost my turn? I even did the online appointment. No one is calling. I never had an experience like this.
Never answer their phone. Results take months to process.
