Love this place! Great facility with wonderful employees who are kind, patient, funny, extremely competent and so helpful! I've had so much imaging done there that I may as well live there. Wasn't in the best mood this morning because I was tired and in pain because I took not one, but 2 falls on 9/11 which caused me to break my right foot/ankle in 3 separate areas, tore a ligament and busted right side of my forehead open to the point where you could see my skull. I took my aunt to UMIH in Redondo Beach, Gardena for an MRI. The appointment scheduling was very easy. The staffs are friendly, and warm. I particularly appreciated the helps from Angel Luna. Angel responded to my emails for question very timely. Guided me through the process of registering, uploading information so that by the time of the appointment, all paper works are completed. I have never met a facility where you can’t reach anyone. I’ve tried calling this place for a week and no one answers the phone
I inquired for a relative and was completely lost and needed guidance with alot of different questions. I was helped out by *Emily *who was more than helpful and very informative! She made everything extremely easy to understand and was genuinely a caring person who went out of her way to assist me with everything !!! Thanks Emily!!!
Called multiple times, was on hold for hours,left messages and took the option for call back and never got ahold of anyone. How this place is still open or even able to get away with this is crazy.
