The front office staff in Carlsbad was bright, cheerful, and they were unusually helpful at looking up my old payments and visit history. The 2 front office gals definitely did not make one feel like I was imposing on their time as I have felt this from office staff in another United office.....This was my first visit with Dr Plafsky and I was impressed with her punctuality and the time alloted for hearing about my endless digestive complaints and symptoms!
