I’m a doctor, and I truly value the great continuity of care my wife has received from Dr. Liza Plafsy and Colleen Herr, NP. They’re professional, compassionate, and always consistent in their follow-through. The front desk team is also friendly and efficient, making every visit smooth. We’re very grateful for their dedication.
Appointment time was not kept. We waited 45 minutes in a very crowded waiting room with more people waiting than there were seats to accommodate them. Additionally the parking lot is so small we had to circle waiting for an empty space and then SQUEEZE out of the doors just to get out of our car. I can only imagine how many cars are scratched and dented from this parking structure. Be smart, go anywhere else then United Medical Doctors of La Jolla.
The doctors and office staff were wonderful. Unfortunately we were given incorrect information regarding how to order hearing aids which made them rejected by insurance. The billing department was unhelpful and hostile.
Very incapable of keeping to the appointment times that they have you book. They are also impossible to get on the phone or via email. I’ve had to reschedule twice and have had to wait and pay baby sitters to only waste my time getting to their office. On top of this, the font desk team is very unapologetic. If you have another option, take it.
Dr. Anna Meneely, DPM is THE BEST Podiatrist in the southern California area...PERIOD! I can highly recommend her, her knowledge and experience!! She performed surgery 3 wks ago on my left foot, the end of Sept 2023. My surgery included some delicate bone shaving, as well as using a plate & screws to secure bones.
