overall, such caring and attentive staff within this company. The Emts are very knowledgeable and dedicated to every one of their patients. I can not express the gratitude my family has for the services provided by Uni+ed Med Care Ambulance, from the first call I made and spoke to Daniela, when planning bringing my mother in law back to Dallas from Monterrey, to her delivery to the hospital in Dallas was outstanding. They worked hand on hand with the Mexican Ambulance and the transition at the border from the Mexican ambulance to Uni+ed was seamless. Excellent and professional service! The EMTs were very attentive, courteous and friendly. They were very accommodating and safely and carefully transported our grandmother from the hospital to her bedroom, with the added challenge of working with small and crowded living space.
