If you're thinking about moving into one of their properties, I would advise you not to. The management at landwood ridge apartments in Greenville is absolutely horrible. They have lied to my face and do not take care of their tenants. There have been 5 different maintenance employees over the last eight months, and right now there isn't anyone to handle maintenance Issues. The hallways to the apartments have not been sweep or mopped in years. The elderly people in this complex are being neglected and taken advantage of.
I suppose anyone can be a property manager. Melanie, from Vintage Gardens in Edgefield, SC is the worst. If you want to hire a completely incapable person to run your business, hire Melanie and her husband. They have zero ability to turn apartments, zero professionalism, and Melanie will lie to your face. As a person who has worked in property management, I would be terrified to have someone like Melanie managing anything for me. Why can't I get in touch with anyone at this company? I've called, left messages, sent email through the website about Cornerstone Commons in Conway sc. I have had my rent money stolen, key to my apartment stolen, false late fees put on my door. The current person working in the office is a resident/crook. When they get someone good in there they end up quitting because they know how to do their job properly. This whole company needs to be investigated. Bad Businesses eventually get shut down! No one ever answers the phone.
I cleaned apartments for them and have yet to be paid. It's passed the contract date. I get ignored or given the run around. I have to call from different numbers to get anyone to answer. (Brittany) specifically keeps saying she's working on it and promises to call back but never does!! Don't waste your time with these people.
