These people are frauds! They rent out illegal property for cheap. DO NOT believe them if they tell you they plan to bring the building up to code! They rented me a property that was filthy without even a smoke detector. Thankfully, they are not clever frauds and are incompetent in court! When I discovered I owed on my mortgage the same as my house was worth, I would have had to pay a realtor thousands out f my pocket just to sell my home. When I saw United Investments billboard, I was skeptical at first but when I met with their team, they showed me a much more viable option. I was able to sell my home and it didnt cost me a cent. I was a week away from my home going to auction when I called United Investments. They immediately contacted my bank and halted the foreclosure process. I was able to stay rent free in my home for 6 months until I had enough saved to get into a new place. Thanks guys!

I dont understand why people try and make others look bad when they are told straight up from the start that the properties are in foreclosure status and that the company is trying to do a short sale on them and that is why only first and last months rent are collected and the rent is at a reduced price. I am out of $5600.00 with this company. They lie to you to get you into their properies. Watch out for Tisha Henry, Sean their Legal counsel- Greg their office manager Carol Bridges- Ben Chang. Their only wanting to give me $800.00 dollars back. I dont think so
There people are really bad.. Names to be aware of are Carl Renowinski, Ali Ravan, Monica Buenrostro, Ashley and others... They take over properties on the edge of forclosure and rent them out for money knowing that they will eventually go in to forclosure and don't care about anything as long as they are collecting rent money.. Be really carfull. They took 4,100 from me and only got back ,1,800. BTW they gave it to me in 2 payments and the first check bounced like 3 times.
