Dr. Nguyen was incredibly kind and helpful. She was caring and understanding as I went through one of the most challenging times in my life to date. However, getting through to the office has been an absolute nightmare, and I feel that I need to advocate for myself with anything to do with paperwork and getting referrals every step of the way. So far I am not having a pleasant experience. Dr. Nguyen is kind but this office is incredibly hard to get a hold of and will often leave you on hold for 30 minutes or more which is very frustrating. I am a new customer and hoping that it will change.
I'm very comfortable with Dr Nguyen. She listens to my needs, and is very compassionate.
