This place has been in need of renovation for a few decades, with the new construction and roads I can't believe the owners have neglected this place
UHA does not pay their bills - I do not recommend any Service Companies work on their properties. Their Main Telephone number just goes unanswered and you are transferred to a phone tree - no operator available. Very frustrating and disappointing.
