My boyfriend was in there for 5 days and had some wonderful nurses on the cardiac floor Donna and Megan just to name a few thank you for the wonderful care you took of him and and being so very patient
How they treat their associates. Discipline is dealt unfairly and as it benefits them. Not loyal to their associates at all. Your just a number and it's all about money and nothing else.
United hospital center all though a nice hospital but they don't know how to treat their employees fairly. In other words, if 2 employees do the same thing wrong, they are both treated differently. one fired and the other gets a slap on the hand and was told not to do it again. the one fired was the first offence ever and the one that got a slap on the hand had multiple offences of the same action and still has her job.
