The aide assigned ( Emmanuela) left her food unattended in the microwave to fold my fathers clothes and burned her food in the microwave, which left an amber tint on the back of the microwave. After sending videos and pictures of the damage, her manager ( Joseline) could only send Mr. Clean erasers as a remedy. Although, the aide did her best to clean it the damage was still noticeable.
