On my plan it says a medicine is covered with no prior authorization. But they refused to fill and denied it. I called and was told it needs prior authorization, my plan says one thing and they say another.
They rude and be playing games with transportation I am pregnant and these people give u a hard time I can’t even count how many missed appointments my son had
Absolutely horrible customer service. Anytime customer service is called it is transfered to a UHC/OPTUMrx offshore call center and the agents native language is not English and they cannot properly understand or speak English. After several requests to speak with someone who's native language is English they just tell you to call back or transfer you to someone else in the call center. And as far as getting prescriptions goes they sent me four times the amount of one and none of the other that I needed and now that I'm out ... read more
