This Company does not want you to be healthy. They just want your money. I have been denied 2 times for claims cause they were "out of network". 1st time I was denied "for seeking care out of state, even though the facility is in network" and the second time, I sought care in state, but "the doctor is not in network, even though the facility he works out of is. What is the point of insurance if you have to pay over $300 a month for your premium, just to be denied care anyway?
I called UHC to check on an in-network dr., and immediately I got this loud upsell pitch about a medical alert device. A person can't stop the recording or anything else. I hate this UHC, please stop this! It is bad customer service
