Truly the worst insurance company there is.
This situation is unacceptable. We regret our decision to select this insurance. My husband chose this insurance under the impression that it was superior to the one we previously had. Today, he attempted to pick up his medications and was informed that he needed to pay $517.00 for just one medication, and he has a total of 15 medications. United health care is a joke and cannot fix the problems they create apparently for people. So that being said I will be canceling with United healthcare and having my lawyer get in touch with them :)
I completed my cervical cancer screening on 9/29/2025 and never got my 50 dollar gift card.I got a paper in the mail united health care saying complete a cervical cancer screening.Get A $50 gift card reward.They said once we get information from your doctor that the cervical cancer screening has been completed.We will mail you a $50 reward gift card.I never got it.They got the claim.I been contacting united healthcare about the gift card but I keep getting told different things.
