Absolutely worthless healthcare. They pay for nothing. They're rules just changed and SOMEHOW they've gotten even worse. I don't know HOW that was possible BUT I'm always HORRIBLY surprised with Minnesota based companies
United health care has gone down the tube. No one knows what they're doing. They changed everything this year and RUINED the WHOLE program. And that stupid AI Avery is the most annoying thing I've ever dealt with. Can't use my OTC card, always being denied my purchases at Walmart, can't even do anything online. EVERYTHING IS ALWAYS OUT OF STOCK. GET IT TOGETHER UNITED! Getting ready to find another provider.
45 minutes you say you want a US rep, no US rep. They try to trick you but their grammar is so bad you can't be fooled. Garbage company. Everything sourced overseas. Language barrier is insane. Even if they speak good English the understanding is non existent. You think you'll get help from U.S. based and they just forget about you. Worst customer service ever.Everytime I call, I'm either speaking to someone in India,the Philipines or Peru! Can they hire someone in AMERICA?So I can have a clear connection, to understand them.In addition to not having any answers to my Questions,which was a complete waste of time.
Truly the worst insurance company there is.
