If I can give them zero stars I would. Absolute worst. All they claim is a lie. You get on the phone and they have a different story about coverages.
I'm going to figure out how to sew over these harassing spam call. And they won't take me off the list
They deny everything and force you into an appeals process, which just delays access to necessary health care to avoid spending money. Their business practices are cruel and unacceptable.
