we have had nothing but problems with this healthcare company. i cannot tell you how many thousands of dollars we have paid in out of pocket expenses we have paid because they have not processed our insurance correctly. being told i know we haven't always applies the premiums according to guidelines doesn't help a person when they need prescriptions and the company takes 15 days to apply a premium payment. then try chasing them down to get reimbursed. then try getting your money back . forget it. hours of frustration on the ... read more
