United Health Systems engages in deceptive business practices by substituting products. They refuse to fulfill prescriptions as written by my doctor and as covered by my insurer Coventry. My doctor sent a prescription specifically for a RESmed S9 Autoset APAP. My doctor specifically prescribed this machine because of it's logging capability because I am scheduled to visit his office on a monthly basis so he can analyze the data logged by this machine. This company is horrible, customer service is NOT professional, they are rude, they will bill you without your approval or any service render. I will report and file a claim. Horrible experience STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!
Highly unprofessional!! The beds and pillows are more uncomfortable than a Motel 6!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!
