My mom has been calling for weeks. A referral was sent to them for a sleep study and it was completely ignored. She was told someone would get back to her, but they never did. Called the office yesterday and the mail box was full. Called today and all calls go to voicemail again. It would be nice if people actually put effort into their job to help others.
Technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional . The environment wasn't top notch though . Equipment seemed up to date but that wasn't the problem . You would expect a sleep lab to have ideal sleep conditions such as dark and colder rooms but that wasn't the case. Blue light filtering the whole room and the temperature was too hot to get into a nice deep sleep .
