Impossible to get through to an office member. I understand I have just medi-cal, but please treat us like humans and not you’re better than us. We need medical attention and as a working woman, this surgery is imperative to mine and my daughter’s livelihood. I understand that’s not any of the office members problem, but considering you’re in the medical field a little empathy would go a long way.
I’m very upset with the referral department here my son had surgery . The referral was sent over I been messaging them through the portal and also calling to see what is going on the frist time they tell me there isn’t a referral than they don’t see one the referral department waited almost a month to inform me his referral can’t be process because his insurance not in contract with them I’m highly upset they delayed my son care in I wanna file a complaint !!! I try to call them for rescheduling my appointment and they just keep asking me the reason to call and transfer my call to different apartments after holding for 10 minutes ,i am still on the call and it’s almost 1 hour ,maybe the guys having party at the hospital.They don’t care about their patients,i am suggesting don’t take their services and it has to be closed if they can’t help people in need
They never answer a call Natasha is girl who answer one time call she is very rude n unprofessional and I also try to make apt with Dr Robles the assistant never answer my call or listen my voicemail I recommend not to visit they don’t really care abt u to be honest be careful
