Dr Mudunuri and team are great. Listened to all my concerns and explained everything in detail. The rest of staff were very professional and helpful. The best experience I’ve had at any medical office.
Editing my original review. My first experience with this UHC was several years ago when they first opened. During that time the office staff didn't quite have their 'flow' down, and it felt very much like a new facility trying to establish itself. Fast forward several years and I needed immediate attention for a medical issue. I didn't have a primary care doctor at the time. Dr Campbell is very nice. He actually listens to your concerns and makes sure that you get all your questions answered without leaving and feeling like you were not heard or understood.
I love my doctor and all the staff. HOWEVER, communicating with UHC for anything is a nightmare, and if you ask office staff questions they are required to send you to the corporate number. So you can only have a good experience if you can get through the non-humane care from big corporate health care-a-less.
