Wonderful staff at kings canyon always every time and very helpful doctor, Dr. Weilert.
The physicians should be embarrassed this is the care their patients receive from the incompetence and negligence of their office staff.
I had an excellent experience with Dr. Bautista during my phone consultation, and he advised me to come in for a B12 shot. I scheduled an appointment and drove 30 minutes to the office today for that purpose. However, when I arrived, a different provider came into the room. She did not introduce herself or explain her role (whether she was a doctor, nurse, or NP). She told me I did not need a B12 shot, even though my doctor had specifically asked me to come in for it.
