I’m a HUGE fan of UHC! However, UHC Ashlan I’ll never go to again. How do you get told the next slow for urgent care is at 10, get sent out for a COVID test & no one ever came out. Have to come in and let them know & still no one comes. And hour and half later someone comes doesn’t acknowledge you but acknowledges the car beside you and even they have to let the nurse know that you haven’t been helped !
