When not dealing with the crappy outsourced call center for an hour it’s a whole other hour to get to the right person in the actual office. Then there seems to be an issue literally every time I wait two hours to be seen routinely. Labs are done over and over and apparently lost because of course they only work with LABCORPs. My poor doctor is so over burdened that she’s never had time to review charts and mostly we spend our time re establishing what we previously understood then times up. If it were possible to give a negative rating, I would. My recent experience at this facility was very disappointing. Although I was the only person in the waiting area, there was a significant delay before my son and I were called back. When we were finally seen, the medical assistant was unprofessional and came across as rude. Their attire—sandals and a hoodie—was not appropriate for a clinical setting, and they were not wearing a visible name tag. Not sure why I come on time to wait 30 mins I was the first on here at 7:35 checked yet 2 family after me get called back while I'm still waiting in waiting room this why I changed her from last place and looks like I'm gonna have to do it again since ppl can't go in order. My child is missing school and I'm missing work because ppl can't do their damn job !!! This dentist office sucks I will be looking for another one
Worst horrible service with united healthcare. One hour on hold to to make an appointment and still on hold. This is ridiculous. United healthcare you need to do better. Family health network was so much better never had this horrible experience with them. United healthcare deserves zero star horribleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
