I had a positive experience I always do with John ********. He answers all my questions and sooths any nerves I have about refinancing. The whole process is so simple for me, I just show up and sign and I know what to expect.
John and Christine are/were fantastic to work with. Both true pros at what they do and certainly willing to go the extra mile when the situation calls for it. As is sometimes the case with closings we ran into a snag through no fault of theirs due to the complexity of the situation but they both went above and beyond to work through the issues so that closing wasn't delayed.
Knowledgeable with great service. They do what they say and they do it on time.

I began the process of refinancing my loan 11/3/16 with Rodny D. So far it has been a great experience. No bumps or hiccups at all. The people I have worked with here are professional and approachable. All of my questions are being answered promptly and my loan is already in underwriting. I should be closed in less than 30 days like they say! I highly recommend United Financial!
