When I worked at a title company, I saw many bad mortgage officers. However, in the 50+ loans I closed for John ******** from 2007-2011, I never once saw a borrower shocked at the table by unexpected fees, interest rate or prepayment penalties. With Dziedzic, closings were smooth and customers left happy. Costs were fair. I bought a new house this year, and I knew I wanted someone like ******** to handle the mortgage. Now I'm the happy customer.
