my experience was horrible the two receptionists bianca and erika are always on their phone, and eating snacks ?? I never seen that before shouldn’t they be in the back eating, it’s very unsanitary. Dr.Michael is okay but just odd at times. As a customer service worker myself i definitely feel like everyone is very overworked and tired.
