After 20 years of various dental care searching, my family has situated in this amazing Bristol Dental Care Office in Santa Ana. We started with three family members and are now at six, but regardless of the various ages - children to adult, each personnel attend to all of us with the best attention and care in mind. The need for good dental care is few & far in between, but Bristol Dental has shown over & over again how amazing their dental assistants and doctors can be. Lupita shines as their leader for great customer care & really seeks to provide the upmost fantastic service to each & every one of her patients. Great team of Front Office personnel, Dental Assistants and Doctors! They attend to your needs, listen to your concerns and perform professional dental care. Only one complaint - about an office personnel named Ana Orellano - who manages the payable accounts (basically the costs of the patients & office) in their dental offices. She is unprofessional, unfriendly and dishonest. She tries to draw patients in with false hope that their treatment will be attended to or covered by insurance, but fails to tell them that the costs... read more

Lupita is our favorite Dental Assistant at Bristol Dental, as she remembers her patients & efficiently & carefully works to allow office procedures to run smoothly. She is one of the many dental assistants there who are very sweet & help clean teeth with a gentle touch to prepare their patients for doctor examinations. My first appointment Office very clean and front office Staff well organize. Dr. very professional took the time on my medical history and on authorizations they are on it. very good reminders on appointment. I give them not 5 but 10 star.

Dr Patel is very nice. My son had a baby root canal and a crown put on. The dr was so patient and gentle. It was a really good experience. My son will not be afraid to come back which is a big relief.

Everyone there is always so friendly, they always ask how your day is going, they make conversation and even though it’s hard to respond with all the tools in your mouth, it’s still pretty awesome that they make conversation. The doctor there is awesome as well. Makes convo, and is very caring, knows what he is doing. I love his plan process with my braces, hopefully the come off by the end of this year. And appts there are super quick, sign in, your roomed, check out. Love it!
