Worse place to ever be please stay away from this place at all costs
This dental office is, by far, the worst I've ever encountered. Their negligence, unprofessionalism, and complete disregard for patient care is shocking. They consistently fail to answer the phone during their listed operating hours, or even be in attendance and have an extremely high turnover of staff, resulting in a lack of consistency and competence. Called the front desk to pull dental records, the line cut off and goes straight to voicemail every time I call. Used a different number to call someone picked up.
Can never get in touch with them, they don't check voice mails or messages. The office is always closed on days it should not and there's no way to check their schedule online. They keep losing my contact information so I could not be contacted when they reschedule, and they will reschedule you! The one dentist I saw was great, but the office is a mess.
Canceled my appointment twice. First time they told me on the phone the doctor got into a car accident. I rescheduled that appointment and during rescheduled date I came into the office they tell me no doctors are working and no records of appointments are to be found for anyone that day. There were another person that was told the same thing as me. I took these as a major red flag and will never be getting any procedure done here.
