I saw Shirley for a clean a few weeks back - she was extremely thorough and provided me a great service. I had switched over after 5 happy years with my prior dentist and I was impressed with Shirley's analytical approach as she shared insights with me which I wasn't previously aware of! Thanks
I recently had root canal procedure done here , and I was honestly a bit nervous but the experience was much better than I expected. Dr. Samson Chan was very professional and experienced. He took the time to explain each step clearly. The staff were supportive and friendly throughout. The clinic was very clean and well organised. I am very happy for how stress- free they made something I was worried about. Highly recommend for anyone needing any type of dental treatment. Fatima.

had a terrible experience at United Dental and would absolutely NOT recommend this clinic to anyone. I came in for urgent care while in severe pain and was even willing to pay the extra $200 emergency fee just to get immediate treatment. However, after arriving, I was left waiting for over an hour with no actual treatment provided. What made things worse was how pushy and dismissive the dentist was.
