Called specifically to confirm a service was available, was told that it was available and spent an hour to come in. Only to then wait another 20 minutes, then be told that actually it was never available.

Banked with them a couple years, and could not be more thrilled to be away from them. The staff ranged from well meaning but not helpful to flat rude. Had a car loan through them and the female representative was pushy and rude. Had a CD through them and was given completely contradicting information on fees for early withdrawal, and they helped themselves to $100 when i was told explicitly that would not happen during a previous visit. Would highly recommend anyone take their business

After being taken advantage of by a big well known bank when I was in my early twenties and new to being an adult, I became very weary of banks.
