This place may or may not have changed for the better but this place was complicit in contributing to my complex PTSD. I'm not sure how someone with an extensive history of physical and sexual abuse on top of being a marginalized population would not have those issues addressed. Or not even get a diagnosis of PTSD. Hopefully, the employees that helped oppress me when I lived in that hell hole because personality conflicts aren't an acceptable reason for me to live through that.
FOP program is a disgrace and should be shut down. This town needs an agency that isnt in it for the money and the spotlight. No morals employees dont follow code of ethics they lie and only do the absolute minimum and if it doesnt work for them they dont do it. Groups are a joke and are a bunch of adult children playing babysitter. This program needs to let another agency take over or step up and get real employees that are qualified and get rid of the rest.
