I anticipated a smooth process, and they indeed managed to extract the water efficiently within a few hours, but I had to prompt them to clean up some residual debris left behind. Despite this small oversight, the overall job seems thorough, and the area is now dry and usable again.
They quoted a flat fee for the dehumidification process, which was appreciated as it took longer than anticipated. The technician explained that a few of our older ducts needed sealing, and he made sure everything was thoroughly dried over the course of two days.
