The United crew members here at SNA are top tier! Vicky Ding and David Taylor were a huge help in getting a piece of oversized luggage checked and secured for my flights and saved me a mountain of stress during my travels. Super helpful and patient with me answering all my questions and helping me find out and resolving any issues that could possibly come up. Easy 5 star!

We love this little lounge. It’s small but quiet, food is nothing mind blowing but they get it done and staff is generally polite and pleasant.
