This United Club is probably the "most simple"one I've ever visited. Buffet good served here is mediocre quality and selections. The only good thing is if you're looking for a place to stay when flying SNA.

Delightful club. Good food and Jasmine, the bartender/hostess was nothing short of fantastic! So nice to see people take pride in their work.

We visited this location at 6:30pm on a Saturday evening in late August. We arrived at the lounge two hours before closing. There was one other visitor when we arrived. We received a very courteous greeting. The lounge was extremely well kept. The food displays were full and complete. The bartender was friendly. All in all, a great United lounge experience.

The lounge itself is okay, nothing special but a comfortable place to wait. But our flight was canceled, and Angela W was a real-life superhero when it came to helping us find the best way to get home, seeing as multiple flights were canceled or delayed. After decided upon the best course of action, she booked our flight. However, upon waking up, I received a notification that our flight had changed. Wow the service in this lounge is excellent! My teen daughter was flying solo in the afternoon from SNA via SFO to JAC, but her flight out of SNA was delayed 4 hours which meant she would not make it to JAC today. The team member in the lounge (unsure name, Julie? Started with a J she thinks) helped book my daughter on a different airline to make the connection in SFO then personally walked her to the other airline's gate, helped her get a seat and check her in. Gold star service, thank you so much!
