Very limited food choices, bad attitude from the staff, we moved the chair to put on our bags and we're asked to move it back, very ridiculous, we paid for the service and couldn't move a chair, lol.
Staff was all so friendly. It’s a small lounge but quiet and clean
We got here and they closed the doors because they close at 7 PM which I find astonishing. If it was two in the morning, I could understand but 7 PM is peak travel time so I’m not sure why they thought bankers hours was the way to go, but this is ridiculous.
A couple days ago I was flying united and I used the lounge. My experience was a good one. The mimosas were delicious and served to me with a smile. I had a conversation with a young lady while we were there. She was very nice and we shared a few laughs. After we finished our drinks we went to go catch our flight, we went down to one of the stores to buy snacks and I guess I left my jacket up there because the sever that was talking to me came up running to me and said I left my jacket in the club and she remembered how my h... read more
