Lounge was closed. Had to sit in gen pop with the plebs for 5 hours
Friendly staff but everything else is old, tired and crowded. Good match for the Austin airport but united should be embarrassed (they kind of given up on Austin).
Very limited food choices, bad attitude from the staff, we moved the chair to put on our bags and we're asked to move it back, very ridiculous, we paid for the service and couldn't move a chair, lol.
Staff was all so friendly. It’s a small lounge but quiet and clean
We got here and they closed the doors because they close at 7 PM which I find astonishing. If it was two in the morning, I could understand but 7 PM is peak travel time so I’m not sure why they thought bankers hours was the way to go, but this is ridiculous.
