I’m writing this review as I’m currently sitting in the lounge. The front desk people are immensely helpful and kind. This is a shoutout to Witold Wawrzynczak, he was amazing patient and kind. Not just that, he also saved us from a sticky situation with a delayed plane (completely unprompted on our end) he just started helping us. He went above and beyond his duties and I hope United recognizes his good work. My fiancee and I are so grateful. United, keep hiring people like this guy, he’s amazing at customer service.
I’ve traveled on United alone 1.2m miles. Plus AA, Delta and many others. The one benefit I sign up for every year is United Club. I’m happy to see newer Better clubs. I’ve tried the Centurion and hated how over crowded it is and you can only acces on outbound flights. It’s normally not near my flights either. United in Philly is great and there is decent food too.
Very nice staff but the space is tiny.
