Was there for Blackhawks game and they won. I guess my only complaint is since the place has open there has been very little updates or moderations to the arena.
It was a great place to watch a hockey game I will be back Go HAWKS
The suites service is impeccable. Dessert cart is on point. Bathrooms are bad and the vibe can't be beat.
RecommendedUsually great service. Last night I was there for a Hawks game and the game finished with the win. Most of the crowd wanted to stick around and watch the ending of the Cubs (Game 1 of NLCS) and the staff began to shut off the TVs on us. It didn't feel like I was in Chicago. Wtf UC?
I had a great time at the game last night. I got a ticket from my friend last minute but they were great. Right in all the action.
Went to Bulls vs Cavs game with a group of people, however duplicate tickets were printed. Was told to go to the box office to resolve this issue. The box office printed tickets 3 times therefore every-time we went to our seats we were sent off, someone was sitting in our assigned seats. Customer Service Mgr. Jackie Lorio wasn't helpful!!! She informed us that even though we paid for 100 level seats we would have to sit in 300 level. Did she forget this issue was on the United Center end. Great time once a game. Seats were in 100 level. Definitely will be back (DWade fan)
First time here. Asked where i can stand. Nice of your usher to just stand in front of me. Couldve said ill be standing here halfway thru the first period. Wouldve stayed where i was originally. Also teach him how to cover his mouth correctly when he cougjs every 30 seconds. Wont be back..
