Average experience...nothing to write home about. Need to change the seats as you can feel the springs from overuse. Staff were all friendly enough, except for one concessions lady that rushed us even though no one was behind us.

easy process getting in and the staff that i encountered are all friendly. although bottled water costs $5, since i had to take medicine, a worker gave me a small cup of tap for free (thank u!). the only fuss i have is for afterwards, i am not from chicago and am not super familiar with bus stops and whatnot and no one could really direct me to any of the nearest bus stops so i had to wander around a bit (20 mins) and eventually figure it out. United Center should have a designated area for ubers/taxs and buses like Soldier ... read more

Went to the Cavs vs Bulls and had 100 section seats and they told me they were a reprint. Went to the box office to find out I was not the only one. They attempted to seat me in the 300 section. I flipped out, missed more than half the game and was finally seated in the 100 section. SMH I was really mad because my son missed most of the game.

When going to our seats, we were told to go to the other side of 109 literally 6 times until security came and made the people move out of our seats. The attendant had no clue where our seats were. He sent us to one side, then we got sent back from that one, and he continued to make us go to the other side. It was completely ridiculous not being able to sit for over 30 minutes. Add 29 dollars for a double vodka Redbull.... seriously? That's the cost of 2 bottles of smirnoff at cost to you... proud much?
