I cracked my phone screen pretty badly. I was going to try another place, but some friends suggested The Broken Gadget. Brooks is AMAZING! I went in, he ordered the parts and had them delivered by the morning. I came back the next morning, and within an hour I basically have a brand new phone!! I would recommend Brooks at The Broken Gadget in Gulfport in a heartbeat! What a great experience !
I came in last year needing my phone fixed , it was locked and I couldn’t pay due to the screen being broken and when he fixed it it reset the countdown , he let me fly with my phone with the hopes I payed him and I made sure I did , I highly recommend him to everybody!! He didn’t have to trust me but he did !! And it’s been months and I never forgot him for that !! Support a hardworking honest man ! He deserves it !!

My uncle and I recently stopped by to see if they could help me with my iPhone’s battery issue. We were welcomed and greeted as soon as we walked in. Felt very relaxed and comfortable. He was in the middle of working on something but when he saw my iPhone he knew immediately that my battery was swollen and in danger of exploding, and immediately helped us.
