I’ve used United Carpet cleaning for about nine years now. I’m active duty military and knew no one when I moved here. Sergio and his crew have become family to me. They’ve taken care of me at all three locations in the Bay Area. I personally want to thank you guys for being so kind and always leaving my carpets spotless. I wish I would've taken a before pix, so you'd know my review is legit. I have two small dogs that did a number the carpet in one of the rooms ( stains & odor ) Sergio was the carpet technician, He's pleasant & professional. They Did an AMAZING Job, I kid you not, The After Results looked as if they just laid new carpet down AND the horrible smell was GONE . I recommend this company if you want Great results .
We used their services about 2 weeks ago, and could not have been more pleased. Our carpets that need to be replaced, left looking brand new in some areas that we had lost hope. They were prompt, professional, friendly, and worked our family into their busy schedule. We look forward to using their services again in 6 months. Happy customer!
SO HAPPY!!! I can’t express how much gratitude I have for this company and everyone who helped me today. I called way last minute, same day notice and was able to get serviced within an hour.
